Do we really have to take this?

A friend of mine was moving from her apartment. She asked me to look after some of her things. I agreed and not too long after she asked if her daughter Frances can come pick it up. I agreed and she came over with her boyfriend, who was also the father of her baby. I helped them carry the stuff down to the car, and during the whole visit exchanged possibly 10 words. 

Next day I received these texts. I had to created a fiancee I didn’t really have in order for him to stop.

I never told my friend what her daughter’s boyfriend did. Now they are expecting a second child, so as you all see, there was no break up. 

So Do we women really have to take this kind of attitude?

Do we have to invent things and people in order to be left alone.

I don’t want to have my titties banged.

I am not an easy lay.

I don’t deserve this.

Why do I go from being called “cute” “smart” and “pretty” in the beginning of the conversation, to “fatty” “bitch” and “ugly” in the end?

Bella Swan WAS WRITTEN as a flat, shallow character, with little to no facial expressions other than uninterested. Have you ever seen Zathura? Kristen Stewart has every capability of looking terrified, happy, confused, or other. BELLA SWAN is the “emo”, monotonous person here, not Kristen Stewart.

Once upon a time in a kingdom that may or may not have existed, in a castle older then time was a stone vessel filled with eternal liquid silver, made to fulfill one wish, a wish desired more than life itself. As leader of the country was a young King and Queen both with brown hair and blue eyes. Fair and kind to the people they were, as fair and kind you can be when you spend all your time worrying about something else. The Queen had still not born an heir to the kingdom, and the King was really concerned. And one night when the clock struck twelve, and both the King and Queen dreamed about their country’s future, something happened in the stone vessel. As if a storm hit, the eternal liquid silver became restless, and with waves they break their banks. The silver flowed over the edge of the vessel and on the floor it created a little girl. A girl more beautiful than the eternal liquid silver itself, a girl with brown eyes and blue hair and a desire for life. When the sun came out, the young king and queen found the small and beautiful girl on the floor and they took her in as their own, and named her Argentum, the Latin word for silver. Years passed and Argentum found beauty in black instead of pink, and bats instead of butterflies, and everything around her was in that way like reversed. The Queen loved her and her reversety, but the King looked forward to seeing her married to the right prince. So he prepared a tower with a dragon at its door, a dragon only the right prince could slay. But when the princess saw the dragon, she could only see its beauty and within a week she had it tamed, so it could eat food from her hand. The beautiful dragon became the beautiful princess’ favorite pet. And the king could only watch in horror as the princess turned his horrendous dragon to a housebroken kitty. The King as his last attempt on his old days had a lot of pointless parties. Parties designed for Argentum to find her prince, but she hated the Prince’s mindless gossip and spoiled attitude, and she ran to the dragon cage to escape. A maid was cleaning the cage while quoting, like you quote a poem or prophecy, and the princess saw that she was wise, and she moved around the dragon like only a trusting and kind person can. In that second the princess felt for the maid, what she had never felt for any prince. The maid looked up and as the princess caught her glance, and they held each other’s gaze, as they both knew the feelings were returned, and it did not feel Sudden, it felt eternal. Like a love struck couple, they climbed on the back of the dragon and fled to a land of freedom. The King lay old and dying in his bed, as the Queen was sitting in the window, watching her daughter fly away with the maid on a dragon back. In that second she understood what the eternal liquid silver had given her, they asked for the future of the country, not for an heir, and that was what the eternal liquid silver had given them. The answer was “reverse” or the ability to see things in new ways, and accept differences. So she took the power from her dying husband and gave it to the people through direct democracy, and the people were free without an heir in every generation after that. You might not remember the queen to day, or even the blue haired girl of silver, but they were the start of our acceptance of diversity.

Can we just stop and appreciate Nicki Minaj’s face for a moment. She looks genuinely very concerned for Josh here, like she thinks he was actually in an arena full of kids trying to kill him, and is confused as to why no one else finds this as shocking as she does.
